Meet the Maker

Torresan Estate, started by husband-and-wife duo Gino and

Flora, is a family-owned winery that’s been in McLaren Vale

since 1958. This sparkling beauty is made using the traditional

sparkling method and spent over 40 months on lees (because

patience pays off). Crafted from organic Pinot Noir and

Chardonnay grown on the slopes of the Adelaide Hills.
